About the Role
Working closely with and being supported by our highly experienced Head Chef and Sous Chefs, you will work in a fast-paced, exciting, and fun environment.
- Partner with our skilled Kitchen team
- Master the art of preparing and cooking diverse dishes
- Ensure streamlined food preparation and service
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Uphold impeccable Kitchen hygiene standards
- Ensure Food Safety Compliance
- Be mentored by a highly experienced Head Chef
What we are looking for:
- Proven ability to run the kitchen in the head chef’s absence
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Passion for service excellence
- Desire to Learn and continue to upskill
- Adeptness in high-energy kitchen environments
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible Availability
