The role
Crown is the ultimate destination for dining experiences, with a vast array of casual offerings to more premium settings. We have something to suit everyone’s tastes.
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Junction Grill team.
- Assist the Chef De Cuisine with successful daily operations
- Assist the Chef De Cuisine with leading, coaching team members
- Assist in training within the operation including HACCAP procedures
- Assist Chef De Cuisine to prepare and manage budgets where appropriate
- Ensure the product consistency is attained in regards to appearance and taste
About you
You’ll bring the following:
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Prior Experience as a Junior Sous Chef in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated experience in people management and working with large teams
- Experience in training and empowering others
- Knowledge and commitment to equal opportunity, ethical practice and occupational health and safety.
- Ability to work Full-Time hours across a 7 day week
