Right opposite the Art Gallery of NSW with views of the iconic Sydney skyline - this is Terrace on the Domain! We are looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to support the kitchen team. If you have experience in running and overseeing events, we want to hear from you!
Do you have?
- 2-3 years’ experience in as a Junior Sous Chef
- Experience in a la carte and functions
- Able to work five days across a seven day operation
- Qualifications or trade experience equivalent
- Prepared to work across multi outlets including restaurant service, events and functions
- Exceptional grooming and pride in presentation
- Easy access to transport for occasional early starts and late finishes
- You are passionate, dedicated, reliable and are willing to learn
