AddressWorking within the Eau de Vie kitchen team, you will report directly to the Head Chef. You will be responsible for delivering a high level of productivity, creating amazing experiences for our guests, and producing a product that exceeds expectations. We are looking for a hard-working, passionate Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef to assist us.

What You’ll Bring:
- Trade qualification or equivalent (Cert III in Commercial Cookery)
- Dedication to the production, preparation, and presentation of dishes of the highest quality
- Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
- Team player attitude and willingness to work within a large, diverse team.
- Commitment and passion for high-end service always ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Adhere to strict stock rotation and minimum wastage guidelines.
- Ability to maintain a clean, hygienic and safe working environment.
