Job DescriptionTo be successful in this role you should:Be experienced in A la Carte and banqueting serviceDemonstrate a high level of responsibility within a kitchen brigade (experience working within a hotel environment is highly regarded)Work in conjunction with service teams to ensure quality product and service to guestsAssist with the implementation and maintenance of programs to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and related outletsLead employees by setting a positive exampleMaintain excellent presentation standards
