What we are looking for
2+ years experience as a Junior Sous Chef
Experience working in a Michelin star or Hatted kitchen
Exceptional leadership skills and a mentor mentality
Strong communications skills
A passion for produce and understanding the whole food chain
A desire to learn and grow – we’re constantly evolving and growing
A team player invested in perfecting not only your role but helping others too
Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
Have full Australian working rights
Available to work nights and weekends
