Our Role
We're looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our team. A bit about the role…
- Reporting to the Head Chef, you’re the 2IC in our Kitchen.
- Working in a young, close-knit team with a collaborative culture. Be prepared to help curate & execute a la carte menus, wedding & event menus, casual dining offerings, specials and more.
- You'll require an outstanding attitude & communication, a real passion for food and an ability to drive standards for yourself and your team.
- Your experience will ideally be from working in a high-volume a la carte restaurant, hotel restaurant or gastro-pub.
