The role:
- Join a team of industry professionals focused on delivering excellence. Drive, support and train the junior members of the brigade from apprenctice to cdp.
- Manage and maintain multiple sections within the kitchen to deliver quality from prep through to service.
- Support and liaise with senior managers in kitchen operations from stock takes, section ordering and menu/dish development.
- Work collaboratively within the team to deliver quality and quantity through busy services.
About you:
- Experience as a Junior Sous Chef, in quality driven venues, hatted/michelin preferable.
- Proven experience on all sections of the kitchen.
- Excellent communicator and able to manage a small team on multiple sections.
- Genuine passion for culinary excellence and a desire to grow within a dynamic company.
