La Sardina Loca are looking for Jnr Sous.
We are looking for someone ready to start taking the next step up in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will be, self driven with an ability to understand basic concepts of constructing dishes. Have excellent social skills with a caring nature. Previous experience working as a CDP.
What skills you will be looking to gain from the role:
- Creating dishes for the menu and specials revolving around seasonality
- Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Training, costing and writing standard recipes
- Learning how to write rosters within a budget
- Creating and maintaining HACCP procedures
