The Role:
Due to the growth of our Australian operations, we are seeking a confident, capable Junior or Graduate Mechanical Engineer. The role is an exciting opportunity for an engineer looking for exposure to the world's leading iron ore miners and other commodity producers.
Located in Malaga, the ideal candidate will be able to work be both as part of a team and autonomously and travel throughout Western Australia.
Duties
Working in conjunction with our existing engineering team the role will cover the following duties
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engineering and design review
- Technical engineering design;
- Drawing reviews and processing
- Preparation of reports
- Data analysis and trend evaluation
- Defect elimination
- Provide technical advice and training to clients
- Develop strategies to support growth;
- Site visits and representation with some of the worlds largest commodity producers
Desired Skills
The idea candidate will possess:
- Knowledge of conveyors and conveyor components;
- Experience in the mining industry;
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Working knowledge of Autocad & Inventor
- Understanding of Finite Element Analysis
- Excellent organisation and prioritising skills
- Possess a can do attitude
- Proficient in MS Office

Must comply with the HSE requirements of our clients, including random drug and alcohol testing.
