Kemin Nutrisurance("KN") is the petfood dedicated business unit of Kemin Industries, Inc.. KN Asia Pacific mainly operates in Australia, New Zealand, China, India, Thailand, Indonesia, South Korea, and also has presence in other countries.
Kemin Application Solution Engineers support Kemin Industries products by providing onsite customer assurance, facilitating our customers in achieving their desired outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Carry out regular service route travelling up to 60% Australia and NZ
- Carry out repairs modifications and upgrades incl. panel wiring, to Kemin application systems.
- Offer technical support, repair and advice, face to face, over the phone or online.
- Generate Customer Service Reports.
- Maintain spare parts stock.
- Maintain customer relationships as first point of contact.
- Assist on-site installations, commissioning and give training to the local operators.
- Actively participate in attending local exhibitions, seminars, training, and workshops.
- Engage in improvements in technology and application.
Qualifications
- Electrical license, cert3 and or Engineering with (AU cert3 level. disconnect/reconnect lic)
- AU Cert 3 min (trade) qualifications with demonstrated elect aptitude (disconnect reconnect lic)
- 3 to 5 years' experience in an industrial environment.
- Passport and willingness to travel extensively (up to 60%), domestically and internationally.
- Good Presentation and Documentation Skills to present Kemin Application Solution to customers and call report documentation
- Applied Understanding of Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) working with electricity, compressed air, chemicals.
- Vaccinations, and willingness to adhere to biosecurity requirements.
- Sound practical knowledge of PLC programs such as Delta, Siemens,(advantage)
- Field bus systems and software development. (advantage)
- Experience in petfood manufacturing animal rendering (advantage)
- Ability to plan, organize and complete installations of liquid dosing systems.
- Strong affinity for industrial automation.
- Proven knowledge and understanding of electrical schematics.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform system tests.
- Highly motivated self-starter, with an outgoing personality, is highly organized and able to work independent and in a team.
- Inventory and management skills.
- Willingness to represent Kemin onsite and during industry events.
- Sales oriented mindset.
