They are seeking a driven and results-oriented National Key Account Manager to join their team and drive growth through building strong relationships and strategic partnerships with key national pharmacy wholesaler and retailer partners.
Key Responsibilities:
As the National Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with Key accounts in the FMCG sector. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, targeting, and acquiring new Key accounts whilst building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing Key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Developing strategic relationships with key wholesaler and retail partners.
- Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability, distribution, and promotional activities meet customer needs.
- Monitoring market trends and competition to make data-driven recommendations and adjustments.
- Providing regular reporting and analysis on account performance, sales, and market trends.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Sales experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceuticals ideally in Key account management within the FMCG industry.
- Strong experience working in strategic partnerships within national pharmacy wholesalers, distributors & banner groups.
- Proven experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business.
