Our Opportunity
The purpose of the National Account Manager is to deliver targeted outcomes through the development and execution of effective sales plans and media activation with our Customers.
The role supports the National Business Manager for the Retail Sales & Export channels working closely with customers in the development of commercial strategies, joint business plans and promotional effectiveness.
Be the preferred Nutritional partner to the customer, building and influencing relationships at the all levels across all channels to deliver profitable growth via business plans and promotions.
This is a critical role for our business & our customer, so we are seeking a candidate with the following skills & experience;
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing related discipline is desirable
- FMCG knowledge, with understanding of the dairy industry considered a bonus
- A results focused mind-set with experience dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Strong commercial & analytical acumen
- High levels of tenacity and resilience, with a results orientated mentality
- Good negotiation skills and the ability to foster relationships with customers
- Experience with FMCG databases such as Quantium, Nielsen & IRI/Aztec
