The Role
This autonomous, WFH based Territory Sales Role will see you working with established retailers and distributors across Metro Melbourne and also in regional areas. Your main focus will be VIC but you will also manage clients in SA and Tasmania, which will require regular interstate visits. You will manage and develop relationships with the established dealer networks at Head Office level and also with smaller independants and franchisees. This will include ensuring high quality product training with the dealers, assistance with VM at store level and working towards achievable sales targets and budgets.

Skills Required
We are seeking candidates that can demonstrate the following skills and experience;
- A proven track record in managing and developing relationships at Wholesale / Retail level.
- Experience at Head Office level managing and nurturing Key Accounts / Retailers.
- Previous experience managing a large territory and client base.
- Superb communication and presentation skills and a confident approach to account management, sales & business development.
- Ability to work towards sales targets and achievable KPI's.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a small team environment.
- Solid IT skills and experience working with CRM's and reporting back to management on activity and sales.
The Salary Package
