About the Role:
We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Key Support Worker to join the team in Launceston.
In this role, you will you will provide early childhood intervention services to support children with developmental delays or disabilities, and their families. Provide person-centred services for a mixed caseload of children and families plan and coordinate supports to help children develop their functioning and abilties.
Services are most effective in the person’s usual environments and routines; therefore, therapists generally travel to a diverse range of locations to provide therapy. Assessment and treatment predominantly occurs at home, school or community, but therapy can take place in the offices' “in-clinic/rooms”.
This is a full-time position, but part-time may also be considered. New grads to experienced therapists, encouraged to apply!

About You:
Relevant qualification and full registration (SLP, OT, Psych, SW, Educator)
NDIS screening check
Early years experience or Disability i.e. Special Education Qualifications
Active listener and critical thinking skills
A passion and drive to make a difference
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A learning mindset with a desire to challenge your existing perception
Enthusiasm to grow and expand your knowledge, skill-set and career
Current Driver’s License
Current Working With Children’s Certificate
