Are you a motivated person with great customer service skills and experience in the food industry? Then this is the job for you! The Australian Reptile Park is now hiring a Full-Time Kiosk 2IC Supervisor to join our team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and training new staff and be focused on providing excellent customer service to our valued guests. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent standards of hygiene, food handling, cash handling and presentation and will have a proven track record in the hospitality industry.
Duties Include –
- Helping to lead a team focused on customer service and quality food service
- Direct visitor interactions and problem solving
- Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene
- Safe Food handling
- Cash handling
- Providing a high level of customer service to all guests
- Stocktake, ordering and entering of stock
- Utilising the company's POS system and troubleshooting on computer issues
Essential Criteria -
- 3-4 years' experience in a similar Management / Supervisor role.
- Customer service and food handling experience,
- Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate,
- Point of sale and cash handling experience,
- Sound computer knowledge, point of sale and cash handling experience,
- Be well presented, enthusiastic, reliable, eager to learn and highly motivated
- Current first aid certificate,
- Current NSW Working with Children Check,
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Be able to work as a part of a team
Must be available to work school holidays, public holidays and weekends. This role is requiring someone to work full time (38 hours per week) over a consecutive five-day period including one weekend day.
