Position Available
Lead Kiosk/Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager to train, supervise, and motivate kiosk team to maintain high standards of customer service, coffee making, and the daily running of the kiosk in Salt & Spencer.
- Showcase an in-depth knowledge of premium coffee including an expertise in measuring and adjusting to perfection.
- Support the Mollymook Golf Club team in alignment with our Culture and Values.
- Ensure the day-to-day Front of House activities maintain a high level of integrity, consistency, and Customer Focus.
- Recognize the value of the local environment and our local community. Create, drive, and maintain a positive working culture for the team.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement and enforce hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist the Restaurant manager in adjusting daily team shifts according to the business needs
- Communicate future training and development needs and assist in identifying team for future development.
- Assist in development of daily running procedure's.
Key skills and attributes
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry. Cafe experience would be highly regarded.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrated expertise in premium coffee preparation, including measuring and adjusting the grind.
