The Kitchen Attendant will perform general kitchen and cleaning duties within a kitchen or food preparation area and scullery, including cleaning of cooking and general utensils used in a kitchen or restaurant, dishwashing and the cleaning of ovens and other cooking equipment. The position will also perform non-cooking duties including provision of par stock and ingredients to food preparation areas.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar position involving the cleaning of Food Preparation areas and with general cleaning duties.
- Knowledge of food safety standards would be advantageous.
- Be able to work within a team environment and have good communication skills.
- Demonstrated awareness of Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
- Demonstrated behaviours that align with the William Angliss Institute Values.
