GPM Marine Constructions Pty Ltd is a privately-owned Marine Construction company based in Chatswood West.
We are looking for a Full-time, permanent assistant to join our small friendly head office team.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Financial Accountant and Director, role is to provide professional administrative support to the office and on-site teams.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
. Accounts Payable MYOB
. Manage bookings for our Brooklyn Barge service
. Credit-card reconciliation
. Travel arrangements – including flights and accommodation
. Ensuring all licencing is kept current and valid
. Monitor and update all registration and insurance of vehicles
. Order office supplies and site materials as required
. Filing and manage Office archiving
. Manage social media updates and keep website updated
. Manage Office facilities keeping all clean uncluttered and tidy
Requirements for the role:
. Strong organisation skills and high attention to detail.
. Flexible can-do attitude, and be prepared to adapt to a variety of tasks.
. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
. Previous MYOB experience (advantage).
. Working knowledge of Microsoft office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
. Can prioritise workload to ensure urgent tasks are completed in a timely manner.
