Duties and responsibilities include:
- General washing up of all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
- To ensure the kitchen and all equipment is cleaned in accordance with policies and procedures.
- To check off and accept deliveries ensuring that food is packaged correctly and is temperature controlled.
- To pack away food and other items delivered, storing food in accordance with procedures specifications.
- To support the kitchen team.
The successful applicants must have the following attributes:
- Be honest and reliable with a proactive can-do attitude.
- Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Available to work on a flexible roster which includes some weekends and nights.
- Willing to obtain a police check.
