ABOUT WHERE WE WORK
A part of Morris Hospitality, The Portsea Hotel is located on the Port Phillip Bay coastline of the Mornington Peninsula.
Our food offering takes inspiration from the Italian coastlines and makes the best use of fresh, local and seasonal produce with a focus on seafood dishes. In addition to the main kitchen, the venue also has ‘Fatto Da Mamma’ which offers an authentic wood-fired pizza selection.

REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for the position you must possess the following;
- Thrive in a high volume, high-pressure environment.
- Maintain composure under pressure.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to follow directions and support team goals.
- Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
