We are seeking a talented Kitchen hand's, Demi Chef's and Chef de Partie's to join our team at Golden Fleece Hotel, a leading Greek-inspired venue known for its ambience and warming hospitality!
About the role:
- This is a hands-on role
- Ensuring all kitchen operations comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
- A sound knowledge of Food Safety, Work, Health and Safety
- Collaborate with our head chef, to align the kitchen with the group's overarching goals.
- Foster an all-inclusive and positive workspace and having fun is a must!
- Proficiency in all areas of kitchen operations or a willingness to learn
- Assist the head chef in various aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your designated section
- Monitor food stocks and replenish supplies as needed
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to the established standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new dishes and daily specials
- Foster relationships with front of house staff
About you
