Sushi Regal located in Maitland NSW 2320 is seeking to employ a full-time chef who is reliable, experienced and passionate in what they do.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Plan, Design and create menus
Assisting in team rosters
Training and mentoring all our kitchen staff
Managing safe food handling
Budgeting and working out costs.
Ordering of all ingredients/needs within the kitchen
Stock take and managing stock control
Manage the quality of dishes all stages
Qualification and Experience
Minimum 3 years experiences as a chef with a focus on Asian(Korean & Japanese) cuisine
Ability to manage the kitchen independently
Formal qualification in commercial cookery or equivalent preferred
Attention to detail and a dedication to quality.
