We're seeking a passionate and skilled Application/Technical Support Engineer to join our client's highly collaborative, supportive & multi-talented 'Platform Technology team'.
Role: Technical Support Engineer (Korean)
What you'll be doing:
You will be supporting customers using our client's products on their ITSM platform, where you will be tackling challenging platform & customer issues, championing customer success, and contributing to shaping the Cloud landscape!
This is a customer-facing technical role supporting Korean Language customers and will require Native or Business level Korean language proficiency, excellent interpersonal skills, as well as solid technical skills.
Technical skills for you to be successful in this role:
- 2+ years of customer facing Technical/Application/Software Support or Software development experience
- Able to read & understand Javascript code (for troubleshooting purposes)
- Must have hands-on RDBMS experience with MySQL / Postgres (Oracle is an option also)
- Ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues with ease & complexity
- Preferably worked in a similar capacity handling Korean customers in a technical/business environment
- A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL, or CMDB
- Familiarization with remote administration (via SSH, SNMP, WMI, Powershell)
- Knowledgeable in Cloud, AWS, Azure technologies
- Some understanding in Object Oriented code (e.g Java)
