KOTRA (Korea Government Trade-Investment Promotion Agency) is a non-profit South Korean Government organization that promotes and facilitates trade, investment and overseas recruitment between Korea and Australia.
We are seeking a motivated candidate who has a genuine interest in promoting the business relationship between Korea and Australia.
Project support/ Marketing & Research Specialist
- Unique opportunity to work with a foreign Government Agency
- Relevant qualification / experience will be well regarded
- Team oriented, friendly and highly motivated person, who works well autonomously within a small close knit team
- Immediate start, until December (around 9 months) Fixed term, full time position
Main Duties Include
- Seeking new smart farm project in Australian to do business with Korea
- Research about smart farms in Australia and reporting on the new
- Support the team on projects providing business matchmaking, market / industry research, and reports for Korean companies
- Assisting in the delivery of online conferences and meetings
- Processing international trade enquiries
- Liaising with Korean Suppliers, Australian companies, industry associations, and local government agencies
- General Office Duties
We are looking for
- Highly motivated and team oriented person, who works well autonomously within a small knit team.
- Strong Korean Language skills(speaking / listening / reading / report level writing) required
- Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to complete work within a set time frame
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Marketing / business degree(or above qualifications) or related work experience preferred
- A genuine interest in doing business with Asia will be well regards
- Strong MS Office and Hancom Office skills are required
