We are seeking a highly skilled Kronos Support Specialist with expertise in Workforce Central (WFC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Kronos WFC applications.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Kronos Functional Consultant with a focus on WFC and Dimensions.
- In-depth knowledge of Kronos WFC and Dimensions modules, including configuration and customization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective Kronos solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
- Previous experience in implementing Kronos solutions for diverse industries.
- Familiarity with Kronos Dimensions and the ability to design and implement solutions leveraging this functionality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of X years of experience in supporting Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) modules.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within Kronos WFC applications.
- Experience in system configuration, customization, and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with users and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Kronos certification(s) is a plus.
