The Relationship Support Consultant provides inbound/inside Relationship Support to foundational customers, understanding their needs and identifying upselling opportunities. You'll be a key player in team-driven portfolio management aimed at boosting sales and profitability.

Key Accountabilities include:
Portfolio Management and Customer Support
- Team-oriented management and growth of foundational customer portfolios
- Customer data maintenance, report generation, and renewals
- Inbound customer query resolution and new business acquisition
- Upselling products and services and customer event coordination
System Administration
- Streamline service delivery through process improvements
- Accurate customer data entry and updates
Customer Engagement
- High-quality customer service via phone and email
- Invoice query resolution and high customer satisfaction maintenance
Product and Service Innovation
- Feedback-driven new service development
- Continuous product and service improvements
Essential Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in business or equivalent experience (desirable)
- Previous inbound or outbound sales team experience
- Tech savvy with strong MS Office skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-paced environment
