Role & Responsibilities
Working with key Support Office departments like Operations, I.T, Buying & Marketing you will play an important role in delivering positive outcomes across the pharmacy store network. You will do this utilising your previous experience as a Pharmacy Retail Manager and bringing that to a wider team. This is an office based role located centrally at Rhodes, however you will spend some time in stores delivering outcomes and new initiatives.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Retail Manager or previous experience in a similar role ideal
- Those with extensive Pharmacy Assistant experience may also be considered
- Self-motivated go-getter with an ability to work autonomously & in a team
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to encourage and motivate a team
