You will support the Product Development team and work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure sampling and product prototypes are prepared to meet customer quality and specification requirements, within the agreed timeframe. This role also requires management of laboratory facilities, inventory of raw materials, packaging and other consumables, to fully support New Product Development and inhouse Productivity projects. The successful candidate will be able to perform the following tasks (but not limited to);
- Preparation of laboratory prototypes to meet internal and customer requirements
- Assist with the application of prototypes into product and recipe builds
- Manage laboratory consumables including raw materials, packaging and other laboratory consumable inventory
- Manage equipment maintenance/calibration schedules
- Dispatch local and overseas parcels
- Support the Product Development team with Production trials, as required
- 3 years of relevant Manufacturing experience in FMCG will be highly regarded
- High attention to detail and good time management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- SAP knowledge highly regarded
