SalaryMedic Oncall by HCA is working closely with one of Australia's largest providers and we are currently assisting in the recruitment of a Laboratory Manager.
This position will be based in the heart of the Gold Coast and is a Full Time opportunity.
The role requires an experienced individual with a degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent. Ideally, candidates should also possess post-graduate experience in workflow/process improvement, particularly within commercial pathology laboratories. This position will involve working closely with a well-established team, supporting them in all aspects while fostering further development alongside a highly experienced Laboratory Manager.
In terms of compensation, the role offers a competitive base salary of $150,000 (open to negotiation for the right candidate), along with a relocation bonus. We anticipate the role commencing in June 2024.
