Responsibilities:
- Be first point of call to receive delivery of goods, consumables and returning client kits
- Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and generate purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels
- Track inventory movements and adjust inventory levels as necessary
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that inventory is available to meet production and sales demands
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Analyse inventory data and generate reports on stock levels, sales trends, and inventory turnover
- Implement strategies to reduce excess inventory and associated costs
- Identify and resolve inventory-related issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to inventory management
- Production and dispatch of kits to clients and manufacture of processing trays/consumables
- Various documentation and administration duties as required
- Manage the administration of the facility's access control system
- Participate in the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and systems
- Liaise with and schedule maintenance staff/contractors
