About The Role
Reporting into the Quality Manager, your primary focus will be:
- End Product, Production and Raw Materials Testing: Ensure all testing of dough, flour, and raw materials is performed accurately and communicated effectively to maintain product quality.
- Maintenance and Cleaning of Equipment and Work Area: Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring all laboratory equipment is calibrated, consumables are available, and records are preserved.
- Support for Laucke Personnel: Provide support to operations staff by investigating issues, assisting with training, and ensuring cleanliness and timely shift handovers.
About You
- Must have the relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Have a productive and proactive attitude.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and flexibility to respond to changing priorities.
- Prior industry experience in baking will be highly regarded but not essential.
- Above all, you are eager to learn and contribute within a collaborative environment driven to deliver a quality product to your customers.
