SANECTOR are a dynamic organisation providing the Australian wine & beverage industries a comprehensive range of services relating to bottling, packaging, warehousing and distribution of wine and beverages.
We are currently looking for an experienced Lab Tech / Cellar Hand to join our SANECTOR team in Nuriootpa (Barossa - South Australia).
The Laboratory Technician / Cellar Hand is responsible for:
- Wine analysis, authorisation and reporting ensuring all wine is prepared and ready for bottling with no disruptions to schedule.
- Laboratory Quality Assurance including calibration, standardisation and equipment adjustment
- Bulk wine additions / adjustments and cellar activities such as wine transfers as required
Knowledge of basic wine analysis such as Alcohol, FSO2, TSO2, pH and TA would be favourable.
You will need to be a good team player that contributes to our small team with great communication skills, integrity, adaptability and multi-skills. You will need to be flexible with hours to suit work requirements and coverage of leave.
Previous winery experience is desired and forklift license is beneficial but not critical. Full training will be provided.
