Laboratory Technician - Shift Work

Ozpak is a state of the art wine bottling facility located near Nagambie, Strathbogie Shire, Victoria. Ozpak packages approximately 2.0 million cases of still and sparkling wine per year and product is shipped domestically and internationally.

The laboratory is NATA accredited & operates 5 days a week across 3 shifts; day, afternoon and nightshift. 

Laboratory Technicians perform all the analysis of wine pre and post bottling, for both chemical and microbial analysis, routinely calibrate equipment, validation analysis with standards, and customer service. 

If you have:

• Attention to detail
• Able to work as part of a team
• Time management/communication skills
• Basic Computer & Good Maths capability 
• Preferred, but not essential, experience in Quality Control & Quality Assurance, and manufacturing or laboratory environments

The successful candidate will be required to work on a 2-week rotational shift basis and will have the responsibility to ensure product produced meets required specifications.
