About the role
An opportunity has become available for a Part Time Laboratory Technician/Technical Officer in our Cytology Department at our state of the art facility in Subiaco, Western Australia.
The position involves working in the Molecular area assisting in running the HPV assay and triaging and preparing samples. The successful applicant will pride themselves on a high level of accuracy in their work and have a strong customer focus. You will work as part of an experienced and dedicated team in a fast paced environment.
About you
- Candidates must have a Diploma in Laboratory Techniques
- Previous experience in a Cytology/Molecular field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and experience working in a fast pace environment
- An enthusiastic and flexible approach to work
- Ability to multitask and successfully work as part of a team
