The primary purpose of this role is to create and implement structure and controls for the effective management of land agreements, payments to landowners and compliance obligations, and ongoing relationships between Acciona Energia and the land owners for our wind, solar & battery projects. The role will deliver streamlined internal reporting, ensure compliance with contract obligations, and provide proactive engagement with landowners and collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an administrator and play a crucial role in managing land agreements, payments, and compliance obligations for our exciting wind, solar, and battery development projects. We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to ensure smooth relationships between Acciona Energia and our landowners. Key duties include:
Oversee the compliance obligations of multiple land agreements, including access licenses, agreements for lease, leases, options to purchase, easements, and more.
Develop and maintain a payment schedule for landowners, collaborating closely with the Finance department to ensure timely and accurate payments aligned with contractual obligations.
Assist in the completion of internal and external reports.
Efficiently manage document control and organisation of information to ensure easy accessibility and retrieval of relevant records.
Provide other coordination and administrative support to the Project Development team as required.
Required Skills and Competencies

Competent with using Microsoft Excel, databases, and the ability to learn other systems.
Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
