About the role
We are looking for an experienced Land Economist who will play a crucial role in our real estate development and investment projects. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive land analysis, feasibility assessments, valuation, financing analysis, asset management, and project marketing campaigns. The superior candidate will be required to have a strong understanding of real estate economics, financial analysis, market dynamics, and project management. We want you!
Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on land and property financing and valuation matters.
- Conduct planning feasibility analysis and evaluate potential development sites.
- Advise on project profitability, rental and sales prices based on various financing methods.
- Monitor rental income and expenditure and provide insightful analysis.
- Calculate commercial property values considering market demand, condition, and future trends.
- Develop and implement sales and leasing proposals for commercial land and property.
- Engage with overseas clients/investors and provide accurate information about land development and project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in land/real estate economics, valuation, financing, and asset management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling.
- Experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing.
- Knowledge of land administration regulations and property market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Mandarin
