Our client are seeking a Land Sales Executive located on Brisbane's North Side who has experience selling in an Estate or Master Planned Community in Brisbane previously. You must have experience selling land and to be considered for this position. This business is currently seeking an outstanding candidate to continue their incredible results to date.
The role
Working in a fantastic display home, you will be selling land in a fantastic development. Other responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Meeting & Greet New & Existing Clients to the Display Home
- Determine & Understand the Client’s Needs & Provide Solutions
- Convert Leads into Sales & Maintain the Database
- Ensure the Display Home is Well Presented a high standard
- 5 days a week in this role (Saturday and Sunday are not negotiable)
To be considered for this role you will be experienced in selling across house & land packages or new homes. Other key requirements include:
- Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Experience in Land Sales & House & Land Packages
- Proven Ability to Meet Budgets & Deadlines
- Well Presented with Excellent Verbal & Written Communication
- Experienced in Generating & Managing Sales Leads
- Must have extensive builder relationships
- Land Developer with Huge Pipeline
- An excellent base salary + Super + Commissions
- A brand-new project with blocks pitched at the right price to move quickly.
- Dedicated Marketing Team to Assist in Sales, Large Marketing Budget
