  3. Facilitating Repairs: Promptly escalating repair requests when necessary, ensuring seamless coordination between customers, retailers, and repair channels to minimise downtime.
  4. Partner Channel Collaboration: Understanding and adhering to repair processes established by our esteemed partner channels, fostering collaborative relationships to ensure swift resolution.
  5. Product Knowledge: Acquiring comprehensive knowledge of all OPPO Australia products and features, enabling you to provide accurate information and guidance to customers and retailers.
  6. Regulatory Compliance: Staying abreast of Australian consumer regulations and guidelines, ensuring all interactions and processes comply with legal requirements and industry standards.

This role demands proactive problem-solving, effective communication skills, and a dedication to delivering excellence in every aspect of Customer Service and support.

To be considered for this role you should have:

  • Ability to demonstrate passion and dedication to exceptional customer experience. 
  • Highly developed communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to problem solve and work across multiple, competing priorities. 
  • Demonstrated experience in a Customer Service environment (Essential). 
  • Experience in call center environment (Advantageous).
