- Available to you will be working a 9-day fortnight with RDOs every second week
- Flexible location - Brisbane, Townsville, Mount Isa
- Powerlink offers robust leadership development through integrated programs, fostering growth across all levels
- Developing and maintaining local awareness and knowledge on emerging landholder issues to inform business activities
- Engaging with landholders to collect land related input for corridor planning, environmental and land related approvals, construction and maintenance processes
- Contributing to and managing planning and scheduling activities for property access needs
- Collaborating with Project Managers, Engineers, Environmental Advisors, Cultural Heritage Officers, Communications Specialists and other industry professionals
- Working in construction teams to deliver new infrastructure on privately owned land
- Managing Powerlink's construction contractors to meet business and landholder commitments and expectations
- Strong ability to liaise and negotiate with landholders and stakeholders, effectively influencing to achieve balanced outcomes
- Background in land management, development industries, or field infrastructure construction is highly advantageous
- Experience working in remote or rural areas, with a solid understanding of rural land practice
- Proficient in creating and implementing communication, community relations, and engagement strategies for landholders
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the emotional intelligence to build and sustain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
