We are currently on the search for multiple Team Leaders to join our rapidly growing business. Our award-winning maintenance team works on some pretty iconic sites throughout the Sydney region, and we have a need to expand and bring more good people onboard.
Locations:
- Southwest Sydney
- Western Sydney
- Northern Beaches
- Sydney CBD
So, what duties can you expect to do as a Team Leader?
- Management and maintenance of award-winning high end horticulture sites and properties
- Working with some of the latest and greatest technology
- Oversee the completion of all landscape maintenance duties by your team.
- Training and development to assist you grow your career.
- Some client liaising and representing Landscape Solutions on sites.
- Maintenance based work across commercial clients.
- Providing guidance, training and support to Apprentices
- Ad hoc administrative duties - reporting, take 5's, SWMS etc.
What are we looking for?
- Previous team leading experience
- Sound horticulture knowledge.
- Excellent communication and management skills.
- A confident leader who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in Landscape Maintenance (preferred, but not essential)
What will you need?
- Certificate III in Parks and Gardens (Desirable)
- Construction Induction - White Card
- Driver's licence
- National Police Check (willing to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (willing to obtain)
