You will lead and inspire the team, coach and develop staff, help solve problems and resolve issues, and model achievement of goals and commitments.You will be community focused and work collaboratively with the Parks and Streetscape Operations Manager and the Coordinator Streetscape and Landscape Maintenance to ensure the success of the service unit.Please note this role is subject to police checks and drug and alcohol check.Please read the to familiarise yourself with all the requirements and conditions of the role.$69,130.36 - $75,353.20 + 11% SuperannuationSome of the required skills, experience and qualifications * Relevant horticultural qualification OR equivalent industry experience in streetscape operations.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a team and its functions to achieve outcomes that address current challenges for the IWC and its commitments to the community.
• NSW Class C Motor Vehicle Driver’s Licence.
• ChemCert or equivalent qualifications
