What the role entails:

• Running your own domestic landscape projects with a $250K-$1M contract value
• Managing a small team of landscapers, apprentices and subcontractors
• Leading by example and setting high standards for your team
• Working to deadlines and setting daily targets for the team
• Working with management team to ensure jobs come in on or ahead of budget

The successful applicant will have:

• Knowledge and hands on experience across all aspects of structural and soft landscaping
• Experience in reading landscape plans
• A strong understanding of OH&S policies
• A can- do attitude and enjoy receiving constructive feedback
• Have excellent problem solving and dispute resolution skills
• Confidence in their ability to make quick decisions
• A full drivers licence and white card
• A medium rigid truck licence, excavator and skid steer license (preferred, but not essential, company can provide training)
