Morgan Glen Iris is seeking skilled Laundry/Cleaning Attendants to join our team.
About the role and team
Work as part of a small team providing high quality laundry and cleaning services
Weekly bed and linen changes
Cleaning of apartments and common areas
Wash, dry, fold and press linen
Your will be joining a hardworking, fun team that love to chat and eat cake!
About you
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant laundry / cleaning experience. Experience working in a busy hotel laundry/housekeeping team is highly advantageous.
Experienced in high volume washing, drying, folding and ironing bed and bath linen
Experienced in apartment and common area cleaning
Strong attention to detail
Knowledgeable about OH&S practices, infection control and safe chemical handling
Excellent verbal communication skills
Shifts on offer
There are two roles on offer – one permanent part-time and one maternity leave position:
Permanent Part-time
Tuesdays (0930-1730)
Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (0930-1645)
Saturdays (0800-1200)
6 month maternity leave position, with potential for extension
Mondays (0900-1706)
Tuesdays & Wednesdays (0930-1600)
