We are currently seeking an experienced Support Services Assistant to join our friendly team on a Casual basis, assisting with Food Service, Cleaning and Laundry services. Your passion and professionalism will be instrumental in enhancing the care and wellbeing of our residents.
What you will be doing:
- Serving meals, providing excellence in customer service
- Setting up and presentation of dining areas
- Ensuring meals are presented to the highest standard
- Ensuring rooms/shared spaces are presented to the highest standard
- Sanitising and general cleaning; mopping, vacuuming and waste removal
- Washing, ironing and delivering clothes to resident’s rooms
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Food Handling / Safety Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Experience in Aged Care/Health, Housekeeping or Catering beneficial
- A collaborative team player with a passion for making a difference
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- NDIS Screening Check and Training Module (or willing to obtain)
- Flexible availability including early mornings and afternoons
