Law Clerk/Paralegal

We specialise in a variety of different types of legal matters including Commercial law and litigation, Conveyancing, Employment Law, Family Law, Wills and Estates and Probate, Defamation and Criminal Law.

We are seeking a Law Clerk/Paralegal to support our team in our Griffith Office. Experience in a law office is preferred but not essential. Experience working as a law clerk in any of the following areas will be a strong advantage: 

• Commercial Law, 
• Wills and Estates
• Litigation
• Conveyancing  
• Probate
• Family Law
• Criminal Law 

The successful applicants will:

• Have a preferred minimum of 12 months’ experience in a similar role but this is not essential;
• Be self-motivated and have a demonstrative high level of communication, written and organisational skills;
• Be client focused;
• Be able to work well within a team and provide direct support to our lawyers and other team members in all areas of the practice;
• Be able to manage files and clients autonomously and at the direction of our lawyers with a high level of competency; and 
• Have strong IT skills with a demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office Suite, experience in legal software preferred.
