Seeking Permanent Part-time Law Clerk/Paralegal/Junior Lawyer to join our firm

We are a established law firm in heart of Sydney CBD specialising in Building & Construction, Strata and Litigation.

YOU

We are seeking an experienced law clerk, paralegal or junior lawyer to support the principal Lawyer in day to day tasks.

·         Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.

·         Experience with LEAP and Microsoft Office programs (desirable).

·         Fast typing (60+wpm).

·         Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced environment.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication.

·         Enthusiastic, organised, reliable and an eye for detail

ROLE

·         Administration

·         First point of contact for both client’s and colleagues

·         Document preparation/processing of documents received by the firm

·         Preparation of briefs to Counsel/Instructions to Experts

·         Court Filing (Online Portal and Counter)

·         All round ad-hoc office duties

·         Maintaining the firms internal document management

·         Legal research
