We are now hiring graduates for our 2024 Law Graduate Program.
2024 Law Graduate Program
The Law Graduate Program is ideal for graduates and newly admitted lawyers with a positive attitude to challenging tasks, a fast-moving environment, and working on multiple tasks with precession accuracy. It’s designed to help you develop the practical day-to-day skills that you will need as an entry level lawyer.
Purcell Partners are renowned for their exceptional and complex legal work, collaborative culture and cutting-edge technology. Our experienced team will guide you during your hands-on learning and support you to acquire and broaden your soft skills – communication, relationship building, customer service and conflict management. You will learn these skills by completing a rotation through the main departments within each team
Graduates who show an ability to self-motivate, a willingness to learn, and exceptional legal skills will quickly have opportunities open for them at the conclusion of the program.
Tell us about you
We are looking for graduates who fit into the below categories:-
- Recently Graduated from a Bachelor of Law, or due to finish in 23/24.
- Customer service focused
- A positive attitude and professional demeanour
- Strong Communication skills for both internal and external parties
- The ability to remain focused and work well under pressure
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and internal financial or legal platforms
- Good time management and organisational skills are a must
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Energetic and eager to tackle tasks
- Resourceful, strong work ethic and the ability to think critically
Key Timings:

Interview Process: Mid-End May 2024
Offers Made: By mid June 2024
Program Commences: July 2024 (date TBA)
Application Process:
We will still require a copy of your CV, however we’d like all graduates to set free their creative side with the application! This could be in the form of a video, podcast, presentation, song or photo (even a Tik-Tok!)
