This program is an integral aspect of our school approach to supporting identified students to successfully engage in learning. - Lead and coordinate Deception Bay State High School's Senior Flexible Learning Program, FUTURES.
- Coach Youth Support Coordinator and teacher aides in the delivery of positive education strategies, that target the improvement of student attendance, engagement, behaviour and achievement.
- Lead weekly meetings with Senior Flexible Learning Staff.
- Monitor and manage Senior Flexible Learning behaviour, engagement and attendance.
- Case Manage successful Pathways for students in the program.
- A relevant teaching qualification.
