AddressThis is a Lawyer position, working with Zina Edwards. Zina is an experienced finance and restructuring lawyer, with a particular focus on the growing alternative lending market in Australia. You will have the opportunity to advise on numerous onshore and offshore credit funds, asset managers and other non-bank lenders in relation to investments in complex structured finance and hybrid transactions, venture debt and growth finance, restructuring and special situations.
